Participant requirements: Students in Asia Pacific regions who are a member of TERMIS
1.Participants of this student paper contest should be a student in universities located in Asia Pacific regions. The student should be a member of TERMIS-AP.
2.Awards: TERMIS-AP Webinar Student Present Contest (1st , 2nd and 3rd prizes). Approximately, 20 students will get eVisa gift card, WeChat pay, or Alipay.

3.Please kindly be a student member of TERMIS, if you are not a student member of TERMIS, please register to become a member (https://termis.org/membership-application).
4.Please send the screenshot of TERMIS membership payment or your membership status page together with the Registration form (excel file) and Abstract (word file) as described below.

5.Please provide the presenter’s name, all other authors’ names, affiliation, e-mail address (Please write E-mail address, which you send the documents), title of the presentation, and key words in an excel file (registration.elsx). Please name the excel file using your name and the submission date. (For example, if your first name is Tanjirou, your family name is Kamado, and the submission date is November 15, 2026. the file name should be 11-15-Tanjirou-Kamado.xlsx).
6.Please write abstract following the guidance of abstract template. Please name the word file using your name and the submission date (For example, if your first name is Tanjirou, your family name is Kamado and the submission date is November 15, 2026. the file name should be 11-15-Tanjirou-Kamado.docx).
