*Delegates are qualified for the Early bird registration if they register and pay by 17 July 2019 AEST.

**To qualify for ‘student’ rates, you will be required to upload proof of your studies within the online registration form. A student is defined as a full-time undergraduate or graduate in a university of college program.

***To qualify for ‘Emerging Country registration’ you must originate from one of the emerging countries recognised by the Congress. Those listed in Group B and C are eligible. Click here to see if your country is listed in Group B and C.

Please note: Business Travel Management (sales@btravelmanagement) are NOT TERMIS-AP + ABMC7 2019 approved suppliers. If you receive correspondence from them please disregard or block.

Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

Name Badge

Each registrant of the Congress will receive a name badge at the Congress upon registering onsite. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Group Registration

The Group Registration form is offered when a single entity registers five (5) or more individuals. Please click here to use the group registration form.

The Group Registration form must be received by the Congress Managers on or before 29 June 2019 AEST to be eligible for the early registration fee and payment must be received by 29 June, 2019, even without the list of participants. The final list of participants must be submitted by 30 September 2019 AEST. Should these deadlines not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will apply and must be paid in order to process the Group Registration.

Private Touring and Private Functions

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring or private functions other than those organised within the official program, please contact the Congress Managers who will be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private /corporate functions that may be planned outside of the official program.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require payment by credit card.

Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at brisbane2019@arinex.com.au

Registration Fees:

Cancellations before 30 June 2019 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations from 30 June 2019 to 10 September 2019 will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on registration fee due. Cancellations on or after 11 September 2019 will receive no refund.

Accommodation Fees:

One night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.

Deposit is non-refundable as at 11 September 2019

Social:

Payments are non-refundable as at 11 September 2019

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Congress Managers reserve the right at their sole discretion to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content.

Europe operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. The GDPR aims primarily to give protection to citizens over their personal data. The legislation was adopted on 27 April 2016.

The Congress Managers comply with these legislations and are committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

Arinex will not sell your personal information to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice to us in writing.

Why do we wish you to provide your information?

We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Congress and to facilitate your participation in the Congress. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Congress will be used for the purposes listed below. You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses. Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the Congress or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.

What we will do with your information?

1. Planning and conduct of the Congress including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking);

2. In the Delegate List published for the Congress;

3. May also be provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Congress;

4. May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.

 

Important Notes:

  • The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are the Congress Managers, the Congress host organisation (points 1 and point 4), delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the Congress (point 2) and any future organisers of the Congress (point 3).

 

The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance.

  • You may withdraw your granular consent at any time by notice in writing to the Congress Managers.
  • You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Congress Managers.

Registration fees do not include insurance.  It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice.  The policy should include:

  • Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference,
  • Loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason,
  • Loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia,
  • Failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay,
  • Force Majeure or any other reason,
  • Medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover),
  • Loss or damage to personal property,
  • Additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered,
  • Medical expenses.

The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
