Mother's Room
A private lockable room will be made available to nursing and pumping mothers from Monday, December 2 to Thursday, December 5 in Meeting Planner Office 1 during registration hours. If you need to refrigerate any items, please visit the registration desk. Please note TERMIS-AM is not liable for any unusable items due to a refrigerator malfunction should one occur.
Family-Friendly Activities
The resort offers a game room and pool with scheduled activities. In addition, located at a nearby sister property, Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort their is a lazy river along with a bowling facility.
Childcare and Kid's Camp
Kid's Nite Out provides one-on-one childcare by professional caregivers in the comfort of your hotel/resort room. Care is provided for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. The professional caregivers come with age and gender appropriate toys, activities, books, and games. For more details, click this link to view/download the brochure.
Kid's Camp is offered on a rotating scheduled between three properties:
- Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando
- Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando, and
- Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando.
