The deadline for submitting proposals for the 2028 TERMIS–AP Conference is Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
On behalf of the TERMIS-AP, we would like to announce the solicitation of proposals for consideration to host the 2028 TERMIS-AP Conference.
If you are interested in hosting the 2028 TERMIS-AP Conference, please submit your request to the TERMIS Executive Administrator at swilburn@termis.org. You will be provided with a meeting host form that asks detailed questions about the meeting organizers, location/venue, program, and meeting financials as well as documents providing guidelines for hosting the 2028 TERMIS-AP Conference.
Those groups that submit a proposal for consideration to host the 2028 TERMIS–AP Conference are asked to present their proposals during the TERMIS-AP Council meeting that will be held in June, 2026 (Details will be provided as we get closer to the meeting time).
The proposals will be reviewed and voted by the TERMIS-AP Council for selection of the host location of the 2028 TERMIS-AP Conference. The official announcement of the 2028 TERMIS-AP Conference location will be made during the 2026 TERMIS-AP Conference in Christchurch, New Zealand.
